Shipping Policy

Overview

At Method & Mind, we aim to make shipping simple, clear and reliable. This policy explains how orders are processed, packaged and delivered for our productivity kits, individual products and physical add-ons.

Shipping applies to physical products purchased through the Method & Mind online store. Digital resources, templates, short courses and membership access are delivered online and do not require shipping.

Order processing times

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any major delays with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping locations

Method & Mind currently ships within Australia only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may be reviewed as the business grows and demand increases.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, delivery location and selected shipping method.

Where free shipping is available, this will be clearly stated at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the shipping provider.

As a general guide:

  • Metro areas: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, weather events, postal delays or other circumstances outside Method & Mind’s control.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. Method & Mind is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first.

Please include your full name, order number and delivery address so we can review the issue.

Damaged items during delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, repair or store credit depending on the situation and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Digital products and membership access

Digital resources, short courses, templates and membership access are delivered electronically. Customers will receive access instructions by email or through their Method & Mind account after purchase.

Digital items are not shipped physically.
